Classical conversations 2026-2027 yearbook photos
Dear Parents,
This page is designed to offer information regarding the various package options for purchasing your child's yearbook photos.
This year I will be offering both the outdoor portraits and indoor studio headshots (all students will be participating in the outdoor portraits- studio portraits are considered an add-on).
Please note that all documents and payments must be completed BEFORE the date of your photo day in order to guarantee your photos will get delivered.

This year's vision for the yearbook portraits
As seen in the portraits above, outdoor student portraits will be taken in the natural setting of the church's property. Students will be posed/prompted to stand and I will go through a series of angles, distance, and adjust poses/prompts to offer variety.

Individual Portraits
If your child is in the nursery, please make note in the form so I do not miss their portraits.
Student Portrait Packages
Package 01 | Outdoor
$17 per student; $12 per sibling
You will receive the digital copies of your child's outdoor portraits. While I can only guarantee 3 images, you may have more depending on facial expressions and pose/prompt variations.
Photos will be delivered via digital gallery link.
Package 02 | Outdoor + Prints
$30 per student; $25 per sibling
You will receive the digital copies of your child's portraits as described in package 01.
Additionally, you will choose 1 photo to be printed *8x10 or similar) through a professional printing company. For additional prints, contact me for details.
Package 03 | Outdoor + Studio
$30 per student; $25 per sibling
In addition to the the outdoor digital portraits as described in package 01, you will receive 3-5 digital copies of your child's portraits done in a studio setting (set up at the church).
Pack 04 | Out, Studio, Prints
$50 per student, $45 per sibling
You will receive digital copies of your child's portraits as described in package 03 (outdoor + studio).
Additionally, you will receive 2 8x10 (or similar) professional print. *contact me for additional prints.
The Add ons
Please note that while these are considered add-ons, you are not required to purchase the individual portraits in order to have access to these packages.
Add on Packages
Package 05 | Sibling
$45
Choose either the studio or outdoor setting for 5-8 guaranteed digital copies of your children together (sibling portraits).
*this is an add-on and does not include individual portraits
Pack. 06 | Out. + Indoor Sibling
$85 per sibling group
Choose both the studio and outdoor setting for 10-16 guaranteed digital copies of your children together (sibling portraits).
*this is an add-on and does not include individual portraits
Package 07 | Family
$75
Choose the outdoor or indoor setting.
You will receive a collection of photos including: the whole family, couple's portraits, + sibling group(s)
Your gallery will include 25+ images
*this is an add-on and does not include individual portraits
Additional Prints
If you would like to add additional prints to your order (either additional student portraits or sibling photo prints), please message me to secure your order. All prints added to an order will be $10 per print (*prices may vary if a larger or smaller print size is selected).
I'm not following the package selection process. Can you explain how pricing works?
Yes! Let me try to clear things up for you.
The first section of packages (packages 1-4) consist of different student portrait options. You will find options for indoor, outdoor, prints, and combos of these.
The second sections of packages (packages 5-7) are the add-ons. while you are not required to purchase a student package in order to register for an add-on, it is important to note that the add-ons DO NOT come with the individual portraits of your students. I considered bundling student portraits into the family package and simply raising the price for simplicity. However, last year I had some families only purchase the family photos and were not interested in the individuals. Thus I have left the option to choose.

Student portraits are priced as follows: $17 per student ($12 per sibling). If you have three students, the total would be $41 (17+12+12). If you choose an add-on, the price of your chosen packaged would be added to this amount.
What if we are absent for the planned photo day?
While I hope to see everyone present on the selected photos day, I understand that may not be realistic. If you have placed an order prior to the original photo day, you may choose to make up your session on the selected make up date. Please reach out if you are planning to be absent!
What should my student(s) wear?
I recommend following a neutral palate with maybe one additional color (like green or blue). Be wary of choosing vibrant, busy colors/patterns as this will distract from your child's beautiful face and affect the overall look of your photo. Unfortunately, I cannot offer make up sessions for poor outfit planning without an additional fee. Please message me with any questions before the photo day!
What if it rains?
If the weather is forecasted to be rainy/stormy, we will either reschedule or move forward with indoor studio style portraits. Packages with outdoor and indoor portraits will be completed on the makeup date.
What will the studio set up look like?
I will be using a studio grade lighting system in addition to either a white or black backdrop.
Will you include black and white photos?
If you would like to receive a mix of black and white and colored images, please message me prior to the photo day. if you decide after your gallery is delivered, I may be able to go back and change the edit accordingly - but please be prompt with your request as I do not leave photos in the image processing software longer than the gallery activation timeframe.
